Terms and Conditions ulartoti — Complete Platform Usage Guide

The ulartoti platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Registration and use of the platform by any individual who does not meet these criteria is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and balance freeze.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ulartoti conducts strict age verification during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the country or territory in which you reside.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one ulartoti account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these terms.
• Personal use: ulartoti accounts are for personal use only. Registration on behalf of another person or company is not permitted.
• Non-staff: ulartoti staff, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to be active playing members.

Account security is a shared responsibility between ulartoti and its members. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard as banking systems — to protect all data transmitted through the platform. However, members must also take proactive steps to ensure the security of their own accounts.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by yourself or any other party with access to your password.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered under the same account name. ulartoti does not process payments to third parties.
